Natural Convergence has bought fellow Canadian company NewStep Networks.  Natural gets the ability to integrate NewStep’s fixed mobile convergence (FMC) solution with its silhouette hosted VoIP software application. Terms of the deal weren’t announced, so this was most likely either a stock deal or a stock and a little cash.
