Cleaning out my in-box,I see at least two companies that have rattled off integration deals with NetSuite’s (www.suiteapp.com) cloud computing platform.
VoIP ITSP M5 Networks put together its M5Connect CTI app with NetSuite’s cloud computing platform, so now users can do a click-to-dial from within NetSuite as well as integrating/meshing phone number data with CRM data.
A few days later, HD voice/VoIP powerhouse 8×8 (www.8×8.com) announced two new plug-ins for its service. One from ACT and one from…. NetSuite. 8×8 Virtual Office subscribers now get the same CRM click-to-dial and inbound caller ID record pull enabled from NetSuite as do the M5 peeps.
Clearly, NetSuite looks like a company to watch…
