		<description>Has all these landline problems been taken care of?  The last post on them I see is Jly 10, 2009.  

I&#039;m having dial tone death problems and am getting the same 7 day quote for service.  We pushed them up a bit before since my wife is disabled, but they told me that if they come out and don&#039;t find a problem, I would be charged.  The problem comes and goes so how is that my responsibility?  

Looks like I may take your route through the PUC.  Thanks for all the info.</description>
